We have the capability of completing each stage or phase of a timber or timberland appraisal in-house. The factors we consider in estimating the value of timber in a given setting includes, but is not limited to: Species; Quality; Quantity; Topography; Access; Size (diameter); Harvest Restrictions; Neighbor Conflicts; and Seller imposed conditions. We follow the highest appraisal standards as set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Reports vary from short form restricted use appraisals to self-contained (narrative) complete appraisals.
